First, publish your SOP.
- Find the SOP in question, click [...], then click "Share".
3. A screen appears with a URL. Copy the URL of your choice or Print QR codes.
Click "Show print screen" to choose Display options.
Issue a URL that opens from the specified step
When you turn ON the "Open from the specified step" checkbox in the share modal, you can select one step from the step selector (with number, thumbnail, and title) and issue a share URL / QR Code that opens from that step. This is useful in scenarios where you want to say "Please only check this step" or "I want to play a specific step in training."
When OFF, it is a regular URL that plays from the first step of the SOP. Expiry-limited External Sharing URLs (described below) also allow you to set them to open from a specified step.
Issue a URL that opens with a specified language
When you turn ON the "Open with a specified language" checkbox in the share modal, you can specify the language displayed when that URL is opened. You can distribute URLs and QR Codes to overseas locations or foreign staff members so they open in that language from the start.
- Display language: The language of buttons and menus (29 languages)
- SOP translation: The language in which the body text and subtitles are translated and displayed. You can also choose "Do not translate (keep original)"
Your specified settings are reflected in the URLs you copy, QR Codes, print screen, and copies from the list of issued URLs. Viewers can reselect the language after opening it, and their usual language settings will not be changed.
You can also specify this the same way for External Sharing URLs (URLs that don't require Log in).
Batch print QR Codes
You can also print multiple SOPs and Folders together on A4 paper arranged in rows.
●Selectable print layouts
- Choose from A4 1-panel / 4-panel / 9-panel / 24-panel layouts. You can select the layout that fits the Size of the place where you'll post it
- If you want to post it large, use 1-panel; if you want to post it finely like shelf tags, use 24-panel; and for standard operations, use 4-9 panels — whatever suits your needs
●Fine control over displayed information
- SOP name / Overview / Step count / URL / Thumbnail can be individually turned on/off
- It also supports section-by-section output options such as "Folders only," "SOPs only," and "Include this Folder itself"
- QR Code Sizes are automatically optimized according to the Layout and displayed items
This allows your QR Code operations to scale from "first, just try printing one sheet" to "complete company-wide rollout in one print job."
