1. First, publish the SOP.

2. Find the SOP, click [...], then click "Share".

3. A screen with your URL will appear. Copy the URL or print the QR Code as needed.

Click "Show print screen" to choose display options.

Issue URL to open from the specified step

In the Share modal, turn ON the "Open from the specified step" checkbox to select one step from the step selector (with number, thumbnail, and title), then issue a sharing URL or QR Code that opens from that step. This is useful when you want someone to check only that step, or when you want to start playback from a specific step during training.

When OFF, it's a standard URL that plays from the start of the SOP. The same "open from specified step" setting is also available for expiry-based external sharing URLs (described below).

Print QR codes in bulk

Print multiple SOPs and folders together on A4 paper in a grid layout.

●Selectable print layouts

• Choose from 1, 4, 9, or 24 per A4 sheet. Select the layout that matches the size of the area where you'll display them
• Use 1 per sheet for large displays, 24 per sheet for shelf labels, or 4–9 per sheet for standard shop-floor operations

• Individually turn ON/OFF "SOP name" / "Overview" / "Step count" / "URL" / "Thumbnail"
• Also supports section-level output control: "folders only," "SOPs only," or "include this folder itself"
