You can export your entire Dive SOP as PDF, Excel, or PowerPoint (.pptx) files. When exporting, you can specify a translation language to output the SOP in that language.
Excel
PowerPoint (.pptx)
Exports with one slide per step layout (structure includes cover, revision history, and step slides).
Add a jump URL to each step (PDF / Excel / PowerPoint common)
When you enable the "Add a jump URL to each step" check in the Export modal (Default ON), each step's page, row, or slide will embed a link that opens that specific step directly. When the recipient clicks a step they're interested in, Dive's playback screen will start playing from that step (if they are logged in and have View permission). When OFF, the document exports without links.
Spec
In each step's content area, if the content specifies a video, PDF, or image, the image specified in Content → Image is used. For videos, a representative image is entered by Default.
Caution
Excel depends on the fonts available in your viewing environment. If your PC lacks the font for the language used, text may become corrupted or the layout may break. If you want a fixed display, we recommend using PDF export.
