App Feature Differences
The browser (Web) app covers all Basic Features. The mobile app and smart glasses app are optimized for site use, but have feature limitations due to performance and mobile characteristics.
Mobile App
The mobile app has the following specialized Features compared to the browser (Web) app. Generally, you can use the browser app for all Functions except those listed as "cannot do" below.
- Smartphone Storage-based Offline Download
- Support Request (video Call) initiation
- Create and Edit AR SOP
- View AR SOP
The following cannot be done. This also applies to the browser (Web) app on smartphones and tablets.
- Video editing (Video Upload and auto AI processing are available)
- Other Manage Functions
Smart Glasses App
Based on the mobile app's unique Features, you can use the following Functions. Here for more information.
● Monocular Type
You can use Dive with a dedicated UI. Only SOP viewing and Remote support Functions are available. Note: AR SOP is not supported.
- Vuzix M400 series
- Realwear Navigator series
● AR Glass Type
You can use the Dive app displayed in AR space. With AR SOP and Remote support, you can use MR (Mixed Reality) based Functions, displayed as if overlaid on the real world.
