You can use the Dive web app on PC, smartphone, or tablet through a web browser.
It supports PWA, so you can use it with the look and feel of an installed app.
Prepare to use the app-like web app
On PC
This example uses Google Chrome on Windows.
- Go to Dive.

Click "Install Dive" from the address bar, then click "Install"
*It will be installed as a Chrome app. It's actually a web shortcut. - The web app opens with a clean look, with the address bar and tabs hidden.
On iPhone or iPad
This example uses Safari on iPhone.
- Go to Dive.
- Tap the icon below
- Scroll down and tap "Add to Home Screen"
- Tap "Add"
- A Dive icon is added to your home screen. Open it from here to use the app with a clean, app-like look.
On Android
This example uses Chrome on Galaxy.
- Go to Dive.
- Tap "..."
- Scroll down and tap "Add to home screen"

Tap "Download"
- A Dive icon is added to your home screen. Open it from here to use the app with a clean, app-like look.
When using AR SOP or Remote support
You will need the smartphone/tablet app.
Installation method
- From the smartphone/tablet you want to install on, open the app Download page.
- For iOS, click the "App Store" button. For Android, click the "Google Play" button.

You will be taken to the store page. Download and install the app from there.

Verification method
To verify that the app is installed correctly or that it works, check the following:
- Is "Dive" in the app List?
- Does the Log in screen appear when you open the app?
- Does the Dive app launch and display a video SOP when you scan the code below from your smartphone/tablet's QR Code reader?
- (When using AR SOP. Supported devices only. See AR supported devices.) Does the Dive app launch when you scan the code below from your smartphone/tablet's QR Code reader, and does it switch to AR mode when you tap "View in AR" for each step?
