If you do not renew your next subscription, you will move to the Free plan and can continue to view the SOPs you created. Data such as SOPs, video materials, and usage history will not be deleted.
However, if you exceed the account limit of your new plan (Free 3 / Lite 10 / Core 25 / Pro 50 / Enterprise 100. Additional seats purchased and benefits are added), accounts over the limit will be disabled and unable to log in. Disabling occurs in this order: "Inviting (not yet accepted) → users who have never logged in → oldest last login." Owners are disabled last, but if there are no other accounts to adjust, they become eligible (at least one owner will always remain and will not all be disabled).
This applies not only when canceling and moving to the Free plan, but also when downgrading to a lower paid plan like Pro to Lite, or updating with a reduced number of accounts. In all cases, accounts exceeding the limit of the new plan become eligible.
Guest invitations are evaluated separately From the account limit (up to 3 times the account limit). Free and Lite plans have no guest invitation slots, so all guests will be eligible when switching To these plans.
Disabled accounts are not deleted. If you upgrade To a higher plan, you can restore them From the "Disabled" section on the User management page (no re-invitation or recreation is necessary. Usage history, Group Affiliation, and Permissions will be restored as well).
Before the plan switches, we will notify you via email To the person in charge registered in the Contract information and via a warning on the User management page. If you organize your accounts before the switch, automatic disabling will not occur.
You can contract a paid plan again only.
It is also possible To delete all data at the same time your paid contract ends. If you will not use it again in the future and want To delete it For Security reasons, please let your Instructor know.
