This page explains the work conditions and rules for the video manual creation service. This service is an optional add-on available to customers using Dive.
Service Overview
We create video manuals in Dive based on video materials you provide.
We divide, structure, and organize videos to make them easy to use in your workflow.
This creation service uses only standard features available in Dive.
Pricing
Video manual creation service: ¥40,000 per manual (before tax)
Creation Units
● Basic Rules
This creation service uses "video materials" registered by you in Dive as the creation unit.
Multiple video materials cannot be combined to create a single video manual.
One video manual is created per video material.
The standard is one video material of 10 minutes or less per manual. We can accept longer videos by increasing the count, but the limit is 1 hour.
● Short Video Materials
Even if a video material is short, such as 5 minutes, it is treated as 1 material = 1 manual.
A single video material cannot be split to create multiple video manuals.
● Long Video Materials
For workload and billing purposes, 10 minutes is treated as the standard unit for one manual, and video material length is calculated by rounding up to the nearest 10-minute increment.
Examples:
5 minutes → 1 manual
10 minutes → 1 manual
12 minutes → 2 manuals
20 minutes → 2 manuals
30 minutes → 3 manuals
※We do not provide prorated billing based on video length (for example, treating a 5-minute video as 2 manuals).
Process From Application to Completion of Video Manual Creation Service
Step 1｜Upload Video Materials
Please upload your video materials to Dive.
Step 2｜Request Quote
After uploading your video materials, please send the following information by email.
Title of the video material to be created
Email address (account ID) where the draft manual will be saved

Step 3｜Quote Estimate and Approval
After reviewing your request, we will send you a quote by email based on the creation content.
If you approve the quote, please confirm your order by email.
※The creation service begins upon receiving your order confirmation.
Step 4｜Video Manual Creation
After confirming your order, we will create the video manual within approximately 5 business days.
Once creation is complete, we will save it as a draft in the account with the email address you provided and notify you.
Step 5｜Review and Revision
Please review the created manual.
If revisions are needed: Please contact us within 1 week of the completion notification
If no revisions are needed: After 1 week, we will finalize the content as completed
※We provide up to 2 rounds of minor revisions at no charge.
Step 6｜Billing
We will invoice you for the video manual creation service.
※The invoice will be sent by email to the billing address on file from your contract.
※Depending on the content or number of manuals, we may send an invoice in advance.
Revisions
We provide up to 2 rounds of minor revisions at no charge after creation.

Video Materials
You must prepare the video materials.
We will edit and structure the video materials you provide.
If you need specific selection or detailed structure specifications for video materials, this may result in additional creation work or a separate quote.

Workflow design and consulting
Video capture services (may be available upon request)
Billing
Creation service fees are invoiced after completion.
Depending on the content or number of manuals, we may provide quotes and send invoices in advance.
