About text proofreading

Generative AI can proofread content that has been entered, change the tone of expression, or organize SOP text (Step title, what should be done, Work tips, Quality Warning, Important safety information). This feature is available only to Pro and Enterprise plan customers.

When you can use it

It is one of the following:

1. In the video editing screen, [AI organize] for each step
   
   ●Target for organizing: text entered in "what should be done" for that step
   ●Output: title and other items for that step (based on what the user selected)

2. In the main editing screen, [AI organize] for each step
   
   ●Target for organizing: same as above
   ●Output: same as above

3. In the SOP's Basic information, [Generate title and Overview with AI]
   
   ●Target for organizing: SOP title and Overview
   ●Output: compiles content based on the entire step text and overwrites
