By using the Preload feature, you can use SOPs in an offline environment without internet connection just as you would online. It works in web browsers. Translations are also supported.
How to Use Offline Playback
When you open Dive in an environment without internet connection, a dedicated page opens. Preloaded SOPs appear here, so you can open and use the SOP you want.

Specifications to Keep in Mind
- Depending on your browser settings or Storage status, preloaded data may be automatically deleted.
- When you manually log out, all Preloaded data is deleted (data is not deleted when you are automatically logged out due to inactivity).
- Because the data size is expected to be large, we recommend using a Wi-Fi environment.
Smartphone App Specifications
If you are using Dive in an environment with poor connectivity, we recommend using the smartphone app.
- Unlike web browsers, the app uses in-app Storage, so downloaded data can be accumulated stably (automatic deletion is unlikely to occur)
- In a web browser, Videos are not downloaded unless you Preload them, but in the smartphone app, Videos are automatically downloaded during normal viewing. So even if you go offline unexpectedly, you can use it with confidence. Also, playback is faster from the second time onward, so you can benefit even in everyday use.
How to Preload
- Click "Preload" from [...] on the SOP you're playing, even in an offline environment
- Click "Preload". If you want to use translations, check "Also preload translations".
- Preloading starts. If the SOP has audio narration, it may take some time.
