When you're on the shop floor and think "How do I do this again?", just ask your question in everyday language, and AI will find and show you the matching SOPs and Steps. Even if you don't know the technical terms, the feature will search across related SOPs to find what you need.

What is AI Search

You can use it by selecting [Search with AI] from the search field in the sidebar. Unlike keyword search, the key feature is that you can ask questions in natural language.

Example: "I want to know how to tighten bolts on the new machine"
Example: "What should I do if there's a power outage?"
Example: "Tell me how to respond when this alarm appears"

Since it's conversation-based, you can follow up with additional questions like "Can you tell me more?" or "Is there another way?" to the initial response.

How to use

Click the search field in the sidebar and select [Search with AI]
Enter what you want to ask about (everyday language is fine)
When you submit, AI searches across SOPs and shows you matching SOPs and Steps
Click [Details] on the result to open the SOP player from the matching Step

Ask a question by voice

You can use voice input from the Microphone icon in the input field. Even when your hands are busy with work, you can ask questions by voice. When speech stops for a certain period, the system automatically sends your input.

Continue the conversation

When you ask follow-up questions within the same conversation, AI responds with context in mind. You can naturally dig deeper with questions like "Tell me more" or "Do you have a photo?"

Review History

You can review past conversations from [History]. You can continue the same conversation or start a new conversation. You can delete conversations you no longer need.

When viewing an SOP

You can use AI Search to search in detail within the SOP. Open it from the search icon and use it from [Ask AI].

Tips for success

Be specific: You'll find more accurate SOPs with "the bolt on the front cover of the new machine" rather than just "bolt"
Describe your situation: Writing "When — happens, I want to —" makes it easier to find Steps that match your situation
Dig deeper through conversation: If you don't get the information you need in one answer, ask a follow-up question

How to read results

AI presents the SOPs and Steps that formed the basis of its response
You can open the matching Step directly from [Details], so you can get back to work without switching screens back and forth
If you couldn't find the information you were looking for, try rewording your question or use a standard keyword search

AI Search supports many uses: helping new staff work independently without knowing terminology, discovering SOPs from other departments, and immediate reference on the shop floor. Please use it as your first resource when you need help.
