By using the "Preload" feature, you can use SOPs in offline environments without an internet connection in the same way as when online. It also works in web browsers. Translations are supported as well.

How to play SOPs offline

When you open Dive in an environment without internet connection, a dedicated page opens. Preloaded SOPs will be displayed here, so open the SOP you want and use it.

Spec notes

• Loaded data may be automatically deleted depending on browser settings and storage status.

• All preloaded data is deleted when you log out.

• Since large capacity is expected, we recommend using a Wi-Fi environment.

Smartphone app specifications

If you are using Dive in an environment with poor connectivity, we recommend using the smartphone app.

Unlike web browsers, it uses in-app storage, so downloaded data can be reliably accumulated (automatic deletion is unlikely)
In web browsers, videos are not downloaded unless you preload them, but in the smartphone app, videos are automatically downloaded during normal viewing. So you can rest assured even if you go offline by chance. Also, playback is faster from the second time onward, so there are benefits in everyday use.

How to preload

From the SOP you want to play in an offline environment, click [・・・] then [Preload]
Click [Preload]. If you also want to use translations, configure it from "Also preload translations".
Loading will start. If the SOP has narration audio, it may take some time.
A success message will display, and if "Preloaded" appears on the SOP, you are done.
