Verify the processing completion email

1. When processing is complete, you will receive an email like the one below. Click "Here".

   

2. The web application opens. You will be asked to configure the text reading. Click "Confirm with this content" with your desired settings.
   
3. After a moment, the screen below will appear. Click [OK]. Your video SOP is now complete!
   

Verify processing results

1. Click [Open].
   

2. The SOP player opens, displaying your created video SOP. You can see the videos for each step divided by AI, the generated overview, step divisions, and the titles and descriptions for each step. You can also listen to the audio reading of the descriptions.

   

   
   Let's verify the operation using the control panel on the right.
   

   ●Step list: You can view a list of each step. Use this when you want to understand the workflow or navigate to a specific step.
   

   ●Translation: The descriptions and audio readings are translated into your selected language. The original text is also displayed.
   
   

   ●Auto transition: By default, each step replays repeatedly. When you enable this feature, it automatically advances to the next step after the description finishes reading.
   

   ●Previous/Next: You can navigate between steps by clicking the buttons.
   

By uploading a video, it automatically becomes a structured SOP with steps.

However, at this point, the SOP contains only what appears in the video. If you need to remove unnecessary divisions or add descriptions for decision criteria, tips, or quality cautions that cannot be fully shown in the video, you will need to perform editing work.
