Let's start by creating a video SOP. Your first step is uploading a video.

Click the [+] button in the top left.
* If the menu is expanded, click the "Create new" button.
- Click "Create from video".
- Click "Add new". You can also use drag and drop. * You can upload multiple videos at once.

Click "Select a video" and choose your target video. If you click "Record screen" instead, you can record your PC screen and use it as a material.

The AI processing screen appears. For videos without narration, check "Videos without narration (analyzed only by video)". If there are no issues, click "Run".
* If possible, adding details in "Video description" will improve analysis accuracy.
* In AI processing options, you can set the video's "Subtitle style" (ending of action subtitles) separately from the "Text style" of the step text (default is "Imperative"). For the meaning and selection guide for each item, see AI processing options: meaning and selection guide.

Upload begins and progress is displayed. Progress is also shown in the "Upload" tray in the bottom right of the screen. Upload continues even if you navigate to another screen (upload pauses if you close the browser tab or reload during upload). You can cancel or retry individual items from the tray. Once the material shows "Optimizing", the upload itself is complete.

Upload complete! Processing finishes after about the same duration as your video. You can close the app. For longer videos, wait for an email notification.
