-
First, publish the SOP.
- Find the SOP, click the [...] button, and click "Share".
3. A screen to get the URL will appear. Copy the desired URL / Print QR codes.
When you click "Show print screen", you can choose Display options.
Issue a URL that opens from the specified step
In the Share dialog, turn ON the "Open from the specified step" checkbox to select one step from a step selector (with number, thumbnail, and title) and issue a shared URL / QR code that opens from that step. This is convenient for scenarios like "I want you to check only this step" or "I want to play from a specific step during training."
When OFF, it is a normal URL that plays from the beginning of the SOP. The same specified-step-opening setting is also available for time-limited external sharing URLs (described later).
Issue a URL that opens with a specified language
In the Share dialog, turn ON the "Open with a specified language" checkbox to specify the language when that URL is opened. You can distribute a URL / QR code that opens in that language from the start to overseas bases and foreign staff members.
- Display language: The language of buttons and menus (29 languages)
- SOP translation: The language in which the text and subtitles are translated and displayed. You can also choose "Do not translate (keep original)"
The settings you specified are reflected in the URL you copy, QR code, print screen, and copying from the list of issued URLs. Viewers can change the language again after opening, and their normal language settings will not be overwritten.
You can specify the same settings for external sharing URLs (login-free URLs).
Issue a URL that opens with auto transition enabled
In the Share dialog, turn ON the "Open with auto transition enabled" checkbox. When that URL is opened, playback begins with In-step Repeat OFF (the state where it automatically proceeds to the next step). When playback of a step ends, it automatically proceeds to the next step. Use this when viewing from a posted QR code or during work where hands are occupied.
Viewers can switch In-step Repeat after opening, and their normal settings saved on their device will not be overwritten. For conditions on automatic progression to the next step, refer to How to use continuous playback and automatic step transition. You can specify the same settings for external sharing URLs (login-free URLs).
Your selected settings will be remembered next time
The settings you select in "Open with a specified language" and "Open with auto transition enabled" are remembered on your device. The next time you open the Share dialog, the same settings will be selected, so if you continue to distribute URLs with the same conditions, you do not need to reconfigure them each time. "Open from the specified step" varies in meaning by SOP, so it is not remembered.
Batch print QR codes
You can print multiple SOPs and folders together on A4 paper in a grid layout.
●Selectable print layouts
- A4 1 panel / 4 panels / 9 panels / 24 panels to choose from. You can use different layouts depending on the size of the space where you want to post them
- If you want to post it large, use 1 panel; if you want to post it small like shelf labels, use 24 panels; for standard field operations, 4-9 panels. Your operations can be implemented as-is
●Fine control of information to display
- SOP name / Overview / Step count / URL / Thumbnail can be turned individually on/off
- Supports section-level output options such as "Folder only", "SOP only", or "including this folder itself"
- The QR code size is automatically optimized according to the layout and display items
This allows QR operations to scale from "Let's try one sheet first" to "Complete site-wide deployment with a single print".
