Guest registration information that was invited through guest invitations can be confirmed by users with administrative permissions, except for the invitee themselves. Which information can be confirmed on which screen depends on the permissions of the person confirming. This article summarizes the screens available for each permission level and the information that can be confirmed on each.
Guest invitations are available in the Core, Pro, and Enterprise plans. Confirmation is done from a PC browser. For more information about guest invitations themselves, see What are guest invitations?.
Screens visible by permission

Group administrators do not see guests who do not belong to any group. Since guest viewing is not included in the aggregation of the Usage Report, etc., viewing records cannot be confirmed from any permission level (see "Information that cannot be confirmed" below).
Confirm in User management (Owner / Team Admin / Group Administrator)
Filter guests in the list
- Open "User management" in the sidebar
- On the tabs above the list, select "Guest"
Only guests are displayed in the list. On the list, you can confirm the following information for each guest.
- Name and email address (or Login ID for email-free accounts)
- Status (not yet logged in "Invited", "Email-free", etc.)
- Permissions
- Group Affiliation
The number of guests and the limit are displayed next to "Number of accounts" at the top of the screen.
Open User details
When you click a guest in the list, "User details" opens. The information that can be confirmed is as follows.
- Basic information: Name (display name in this team), permissions, group affiliation
- Login information: Login method (Log in with email / Email-free account), email address or Login ID
- Status: "Invited", "Locked" (locked due to repeated login failures), etc.
Name, permissions, and group affiliation can be changed from the pencil icon on the right. From the "︙" in the top right, you can resend invitation emails, send password reset emails, unlock accounts, disable users, and more. A Group Administrator can only operate on users belonging to their group.
Confirm in Audit log (Owner)
Guest logins are recorded in the Audit log just like other users. In the "Audit log" on the "Security" tab under "Owner Functions", click "Export as CSV" to obtain a CSV file.
The CSV contains date, email address, IP address, category, event, and detail info. By filtering by guest email address, you can confirm the following records.
- Successful and failed login dates/times and the IP address of the connection source
- Records of failed logins due to IP address restriction
Management operations such as inviting guests and changing permissions are also recorded. The email address in these rows is that of the administrator who performed the operation.
For more details, see Export Audit log as CSV.
Information that cannot be confirmed
Guest invitations are for information sharing only and are not included in aggregations such as education, training, and Usage Report. Therefore, the following information cannot be confirmed regardless of permission level.
- Which SOP was viewed and when (not included in Usage Report or viewing records aggregation)
- Personal page. "Personal page" does not appear in guest user details
- Course assignments and Skill Map records (guests are not applicable)
For recipients whose viewing status you want to manage, use View-only user or higher permissions. Permissions can be changed anytime from "User details" (see Change user permissions).
