This is a method to edit multiple selected steps together on the SOP editing screen. We will explain with an example of enabling narration for subtitles in the video.
In bulk edit, you can switch between [Description] (Text replace, Proofread with generative AI), [Question], [Audio], and [AR] using the tabs at the top, and apply settings to the target steps together. When you select and open a step, only the selected steps become targets, and when you open from the [Other] menu → [Bulk edit], all steps become targets.
-
Select one step (if it is a video, it will become a group of video steps).
-
Hold down the Ctrl key and select the steps you want to edit together. The count of selected steps and the [Bulk edit] button will appear on the right side.
Note: Hold down the Shift key and click on the relevant step to select from the first selected step to the relevant step all at once.
-
Click [Bulk edit], and in the [Audio] tab, select [Subtitles] for [Narration target]. Then, click [Apply to N steps] (N is the number of target steps).
-
A success message will appear. You are done.
