What is Text Proofreading
You can use generative AI to proofread entered content, adjust tone and phrasing, or organize step descriptions (step titles, work instructions, work tips, quality warnings, and important safety information). This feature is available only to Pro and Enterprise plan customers.
When You Can Use It
It can be used in any of the following situations:

In the Video Editing Screen, Select [AI Organize] for Each Step
●Items to Organize: The text entered in "Work Instructions" for that step
●Output: The title and other content for that step (based on what the user selects) -
In the Main Editing Screen, Select [AI Organize] for Each Step
●Items to Organize: Same as above
●Output: Same as above -
In the SOP Basic Information, Select [Generate Title and Overview with AI]
●Items to Organize: The SOP title and overview description
●Output: Summarizes and overwrites content based on all step text
When You Want to Process Multiple Steps at Once
In the SOP editing screen, open the [Other] menu → [Bulk edit], then select [Proofread with generative AI] in the [Description] tab to proofread all steps at once. If you select multiple steps and open [Bulk edit] from the right side, only the selected steps will be processed. After execution, you can use Preview to decide whether to apply changes for each field. For the operation flow, see the following:
