We've made Dive more accessible by breaking down the former Entry plan into Lite and Core plans, so you can use it at a smaller scale. We've also removed the restriction that limited the Entry plan to organizations with 25 or fewer employees.
We've also released a Free plan. Start uploading videos today!
For plan details, see here.
For existing customers
- Customers with Pro or Enterprise plans: no changes apply to you.
- The Entry plan is being discontinued, but customers with an "Active Subscription" will continue to use the Entry plan as before.
- After your paid subscription ends, if you don't renew, you'll move to the free Free plan. The same applies if you "Downgrade". Your account and data will not be deleted. However, any accounts exceeding your plan's "Account limit" will be "Disabled" (temporarily unable to log in). If you upgrade to a higher plan, you can restore them from the "User management" page (no re-invitation or recreation needed). For details, see "Account limit" handling change notification.
