Key Changes
- Terminology update in Article 16, Section 5 We are changing "warranty liability for defects" to "liability for non-conformity with the contract." This is a wording update to align with the amended Civil Code that took effect on April 1, 2020, which replaced warranty liability for defects with liability for non-conformity with the contract.
- Correction of typographical errors in the text We are correcting errors found in Article 16, Section 3 and Article 21, Section 2.
