We are notifying you that we have revised our Privacy Policy due to expanded video AI analysis features and updates to our system configuration.
Key Changes
- Video AI Analysis Processing (Google Vertex AI / Gemini) Disclosure We have changed the analysis of instructional videos uploaded by users to use Google's Vertex AI, and now disclose that we perform subtitle generation, step splitting, and auto-generation of titles and overviews.
- Video Conversion Processing (Google Cloud Video Transcoder API) Disclosure We have changed to use Google Cloud Video Transcoder API for video conversion to HLS distribution format and now disclose this.
- Email Delivery Provider Update We have changed the delivery provider for System notifications (Upload complete notifications, AI analysis result notifications, invitation emails, etc.) to Blast Mail (Emberpoint Inc.) and now disclose this in our policy.
- End of OpenAI API and Benchmark Email Use We have discontinued the use of OpenAI API and Benchmark Email that were previously listed, and have removed the corresponding sections.
- Clarification of Outsourced Services Breakdown We have detailed the breakdown of services used within Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Storage / Firebase / Vertex AI / Transcoder, etc.) in the outsourcing section.
