- When "Apply filter" is set in Access Restriction Settings, only Users belonging to Groups registered as "Groups that can access" can access the Folder. If this setting is not configured, all Users in the Team except Guest Users can access it (to allow Guests access, turn ON "Allow Guest User access" described below).
- However, Users with Owner/Team Administrator permissions can access all Folders regardless of the above settings. Group Administrators follow the same settings as Created users and viewing Users.
How to configure
- Click the relevant Folder
- Click [•••] in the top right.
- Click "Access Restriction Settings".
- Click "Edit".
- Click "Apply filter".
- Configure the Groups that can access.
- Click "Save" to complete the configuration.
Allow Guest User access
To make this Folder (and its contents) available to Users with Guest permissions, turn ON "Allow Guest User access" in the Access Restriction Settings edit screen.
- Folder with filter OFF: When turned ON, all Users in the Team including Guests can access it
- Folder with filter ON: Even when turned ON, Guests must belong to a "Group that can access" (Guests who do not belong cannot access it)
Note: Guest Users do not display the Folder hierarchy and display accessible Folders and SOPs in a flat List.
