In response to customer feedback like this, we've released the Skill Map feature.
Visualize required Skills and Members' Current status. You can view the linked SOP viewing results. Level setting decisions are also streamlined.
When changing Skill Level, the History is saved with the Rationale, so Usage toward ISO 9001 "7.2 Competence" compliance is also excellent.
Manual save of Training records and Members' Self-evaluation can also be recorded. Usage aligned with actual floor operations is possible.
Also, we've implemented video manuals, but where do we start? In these cases, use the Skill Map to focus on missing Skills, and then expand your manuals from there!
