Verify the Processing Complete Email

1. When processing is complete, you'll receive an email like the one below. Click Here.

   

2. The web app will open. It will ask you to configure text-to-speech settings, so click Confirm with this content for the desired settings.
   
3. After a moment, the screen below will appear. Click OK. Your video SOP is now complete!
   

Verify Processing Results

1. Click Open.
   

2. The SOP player opens, and you can view the created video SOP. You can verify each step's video (divided by AI), the generated overview, step divisions, and each step's title and description. You can also verify the text-to-speech audio for each description.

   

   
   Use the operation panel on the right to verify the playback.
   

   ●Step list: You can view the list of each step. Use this to understand the workflow or navigate to the step you want to see.
   

   ●Translation: The description and audio are translated into your selected language. The original text is also displayed.
   
   

   ●In-step Repeat: The default is On, and the video repeats for each step. When you turn it off, the player automatically moves to the next step after the video and description audio finish.
   

   ●Previous / Next: Click the buttons to move between steps. On a PC, you can also use the arrow keys ← → to navigate between steps (this also works while hiding the description and displaying the video in full size). For details, see Use keyboard navigation in the SOP player (move between steps with arrow keys).
   

   ●Reference mode: A mode where you skip questions and only read through the content. Until you turn it back on, questions won't appear in the following steps or other SOPs. If you stop at a question screen, you can also switch modes from that screen. Viewing in Reference mode is not recorded as work or training activity (it won't count toward inspection totals or training course completion).    *Questions are a Core Plan or higher feature. This toggle won't appear in SOPs without any questions.
   

◎By uploading a video, you now have an SOP that's divided by step.

However, in this state, the SOP only contains what appears in the video. If you want to remove unnecessary divisions or add information that the video can't fully convey—such as judgment criteria, tips, or quality warnings—you'll need to edit the SOP.
