Check the processing completion email

1. When processing is complete, you will receive an email like the one below. Click "Here".

   

2. The web app will open. You will be asked to configure the "Read text" setting. Select your preferred settings and click "Confirm with this content".
   
3. After a moment, the screen below will appear. Click "OK". Your video SOP is now completed!
   

Check the processing results

1. Click "Open".
   

2. The SOP player will open, and you can check the created video SOP. You can verify the video for each step divided by AI, the generated Overview, step divisions, and the Title and Description for each step. You can also check the audio from the "Read text" feature.

   

   
   Let's verify the operation using the control panel on the right side.
   

   ● Step list: You can view a list of all steps. This is useful for understanding the workflow or accessing steps you want to see.
   

   ● Translation: The Description and audio are translated into your selected language. The original text is also displayed.
   
   

   ● Auto transition: The default is to repeat playback for each step. When you enable this feature, the step will automatically transition after the text is read.
   

   ● Previous/Next: Use these buttons to navigate between steps.
   

◎By simply uploading a video, it is now divided into steps and ready to use for training.

If you want to remove unnecessary divisions or add work tips that could not be fully expressed in the video, perform edit operations.
