Let's start by creating one video SOP! The first step is uploading a video.

Click the [＋] button in the upper left.
*If the menu is expanded, click the "Create new" button
- Click [Create from video].
- Click [Add new]. You can also drag and drop. Note: You can upload multiple videos at once.

Click [Select a video] and choose the target video. You can also click [Record screen] to record your PC screen and use it as material.

The AI processing screen appears. If the video has no narration, select the checkbox for [Videos without narration (analyzed only by video)]. If everything looks fine, click [Run].
*If possible, describe what the video is about in [Analysis instructions]. Doing so improves analysis accuracy.
*In AI processing options, you can set the [Subtitle style] of the video (the sentence endings of action subtitles) separately from the [Text style] of the step text (the default is [Imperative]). The upload starts, and its progress is displayed. Progress is also shown in the "Upload" tray at the bottom right of the screen. The upload continues even if you move to another screen (if you close the browser tab or reload the page during upload, the upload will be interrupted). From the tray, you can also cancel or retry uploads one at a time. Once the material shows "Optimizing," the upload itself is complete.

Upload complete! Processing will finish in about the same amount of time as the length of the video.
Also, you can close the app. For long videos, wait for the Email to arrive.
