Many customers wanted to manage Groups in Dive according to their company's organizational structure....
To meet this frequently requested need, we have released a feature to manage Group management by hierarchy levels.
Folder access permissions are controlled through Group Settings, and now management is even easier!
Access is now dynamically determined based on the Group you belong to. As a result, Access restriction has become more flexible.
Example:
A User belongs to "Manufacturing Division" → "Manufacturing Section 2".
If a Folder has Access restriction set for "Manufacturing Division", the Direct group is "Manufacturing Section 2", but since they also belong to "Manufacturing Division", they can access it.
Hierarchy definition is set intuitively using drag and drop, and User assignments can also be changed in bulk using Excel, so when organizational changes occur, you can continue to operate securely with minimal effort.
※Group Administrators can only change settings and edit Groups within their own reporting hierarchy.
