First, publish the SOP.
- Find the relevant SOP, click [...], and then click [Share].
3. A screen for getting the URL appears. Copy the URL you want, or use Print QR codes.
When you click [Show print screen], you can choose the Display options.
Issue a URL that opens from the specified step
In the share dialog, open [Opening options] and turn on the [Open from the specified step] checkbox. You can then select one step from the step selector (showing the number, thumbnail, and title) and issue a share URL or QR code that opens from that step. This is useful when you want someone to check only that step, or when you want to play from a specific step during training.
If OFF, the URL plays the SOP from the start, as usual. The same setting can also be used for time-limited External Sharing URLs (described below).
Issue a URL that opens with a specified language
In the share dialog, open [Opening options] and turn on the [Open with a specified language] checkbox. You can then set the language the URL opens in. This lets you give overseas sites and foreign staff URLs and QR codes that open in their language from the start.
- Display language: The language of buttons and menus (29 languages)
- SOP translation: The language into which the main text and subtitles are translated for display. You can also select [Do not translate (keep original)].
The settings you choose apply to the URL to copy, the QR code, the print screen, and copies made from the list of issued URLs. After opening a URL, viewers can change the language, and their usual Language settings will not be changed.
External Sharing URLs (URLs that do not require you to log in) can be set the same way.
Issue a URL that opens with auto transition enabled
In the share dialog, open [Opening options] and turn on the [Open with auto transition enabled] checkbox. When the URL is opened, playback starts with In-step Repeat turned off (the state in which playback automatically moves on to the next step). When playback of a step finishes, it automatically moves on to the next step. Use this when people scan a posted QR code, or when you want them to watch while their hands are busy with work.
After opening a URL, viewers can switch In-step Repeat, and their usual settings saved on their device will not be changed. For the conditions under which playback moves on to the next step automatically, see How to use continuous playback and auto transition between steps. The same setting can be used for External Sharing URLs (URLs that do not require you to log in).
Issue a URL that opens in continuous play
In the share dialog, open [Opening options] and turn on the [Open in continuous play] checkbox. When the URL is opened, playback starts in Continuous play (a viewing mode that plays from step 1 continuously, like a video, and lets you move around the entire procedure with the seek bar). Questions are skipped, so a session opened this way is not counted in inspection totals or in the completion of training courses. After opening a URL, viewers can also cancel continuous play.
URLs and QR codes created with this set to OFF open in normal playback, even if the viewer previously used continuous play. Smart glasses operated by voice or the directional pad open in normal playback. The same setting can be used for External Sharing URLs (URLs that do not require you to log in). For details, see How to play an SOP continuously like a video (Continuous play).
The settings you choose stay selected next time
The options you choose under [Open with a specified language] and [Open with auto transition enabled] are remembered on your device. The next time you open the share dialog, the same options are already selected, so if you keep distributing URLs under the same conditions, you do not need to set them again each time. [Open from the specified step] is not remembered, because its meaning changes with each SOP. [Open in continuous play] is not remembered either, and it starts OFF each time you open the share dialog.
Bulk printing of QR codes
You can also print multiple SOPs and folders together, arranged on A4 sheets.
● Print layouts you can choose
- 1 / 4 / 9 / 24 per A4 sheet: Choose one. Pick the layout that fits the size of the place where you will post them.
- For a large notice, use 1 per sheet. For small labels like shelf tags, use 24 per sheet. For the usual site setup, use 4 to 9 per sheet. You can run operations like this as they are.
● Fine-grained control over the information shown
- SOP name / Overview / Step count / URL / Thumbnail: Individual ON/OFF
- You can also choose what to print for each section: “Folder only”, “SOP only”, or “Include this folder itself”
- The QR code size is automatically optimized according to the Layout and the items shown
This lets you scale QR operations from “try one sheet first” to “roll out across the entire site in a single print run”.
