- On the timeline, click the eye icon button for the Step you want to cut (the range to remove). In the example below, we assume the Details of Step 4 are not needed.

After cutting, the area is filled in black. The Number of subsequent steps will also be updated.
- Click the "Merge" button on the subsequent step.

The steps are merged and treated as a single step. The height of the cut area becomes lower, and the Number of subsequent steps changes.
