1. Per-Step Correct/Incorrect Judgment

Step Tasks are now positioned as Questions. Additionally, when a Question is a multiple-choice type, if you prepare the Correct answer in advance, users cannot move to the next Step until they select the Correct answer.
* Currently this works only when viewed in the Web app. It will be enabled on the mobile app at the next update timing. (As of 25/12/14: Supported from version 4.2.9 onward)

Which Choices were selected is recorded as users progress toward the Correct answer. Use this to confirm understanding levels and review Test Results!

2. AI Division Granularity Configuration

Previously, the system was set up to divide in detail by default. Now, as the Standard, video division is performed at approximately 10-second intervals.

You can also adjust this Granularity to match your desired Video SOP format. Additionally, a "Do Not Divide" Option is now available, so you can meet the needs of teams whose videos already have good natural Splits and who want to leverage transcription plus AI-generated Descriptions.

3. Skill Map Latest Rev and Viewing Status

The Skill Map already had a Feature to confirm whether linked SOPs can be fully viewed. Now you can see which Rev was viewed and whether the Latest Rev has been viewed. Use this to verify that Training is being completed properly after Revisions, and more.

In the History, you can also see which Rev was viewed.
