To meet this need from our customers, you can now view SOPs in a browser on smartphones and tablets without needing to install an app!
When a QR Code is scanned, if the mobile app is installed it will launch the app. If not, the SOP will Play directly in the browser.
From a performance standpoint, we Recommend using the mobile app, but this feature is ideal for expanding the reach of Video usage. We hope you'll take advantage of it.
Note: AR SOPs require the mobile app.
