If you don't renew your subscription for the next billing period, you'll transition to the Free plan, and you can continue to view the SOPs you've created. Your data, including SOPs, videos, materials, and usage history, will not be deleted.
However, if you have more accounts than the account limit for the plan you're switching to (Free 3 / Lite 10 / Core 25 / Pro 50 / Enterprise 100; any additional seats or benefits you purchased will be added to this limit), those excess accounts will be disabled and unable to log in. Accounts are disabled in this order: "Inviting (not yet accepted) → Users who have never logged in → Users with the oldest last login." The Owner is disabled last, but if no other accounts can be adjusted, the Owner becomes a target (at least one Owner will always remain and will not all be disabled).
This applies not only when canceling and transitioning to the Free plan, but also when downgrading to a lower-tier paid plan like Pro to Lite, or when renewing with a reduced number of accounts. In either case, the excess accounts that exceed the limit of the new plan are targeted for disabling.
Guest invitations are counted and assessed separately from the number of accounts (up to 3 times the number of accounts max). Since the Free and Lite plans don't have guest invitations, if you switch to one of these plans, all guests become targets for disabling.
Disabled accounts are not deleted. If you upgrade to a higher-tier plan, you can restore them from the [Disabled] section on the User management page (no need to reinvite or recreate; usage history, group affiliation, and permissions will also be restored as-is).
Before your plan switches, you'll be notified via email to the person in charge registered in your contract information and by a warning on the User management page. If you organize your accounts before the switch, automatic disabling will not occur.
You can also enter into a paid plan contract again.
It's also possible to delete all data when the paid contract ends. If you won't use the service again and want to delete it for security reasons, please let your account manager know.
