Six new features for efficiently finding SOPs created in Dive have been released. These are features requested by many customers as part of the Usage phase. Please use them to promote training and SOP DX through videos.
①Folder Tree
The Folder Tree feature, which makes it easy to check a list of folders and SOPs, has been implemented. You can check it from the "Tree view" button next to the folder name. You can clearly see where you are now and quickly access the relevant data. This feature can also be used in the same way when selecting folders or selecting SOPs on the Skill Map.
②SOP List Export
To respond to audits and to make it more efficient for administrators to confirm "what is the current state?", a feature to export the SOP list to Excel has been implemented. Try it from the "Export to Excel" option in the [...] of the folder. Data that the user can access within the specified folder and below is targeted. For audit responses, please export using a user with Team Administrator/Owner permissions to export all data.
③Skill Map Export
Related to ② above, the Skill Map can now also be exported to Excel. It's great for use as backup data when updating.
④Search within Folder
Not just on the Top Page, but full-text search narrowing is now possible from the current folder. Like ①, this can also be done when selecting folders or selecting SOPs, making "Search" more efficient. When searching within a folder, the search is performed on data narrowed to that folder.
⑤Subtitles added to search targets
Subtitles are now included in full-text search. You can now find SOPs based on what was spoken in the video. Also, the content of text objects in AR SOPs is now searchable.
⑥Folder Preview
We changed the specifications of the folder icon displayed in the SOP list. A thumbnail list of SOPs in the folder, SOP count, and folder count are now displayed. Therefore, you can grasp the contents overview without actually accessing the folder.
We look forward to your continued use of Dive in 2026.
