By using the Preload feature, you can use SOPs in an offline environment without an internet connection, just as you would online. You can also use them in a web browser. Translations are also supported.

Smartphone app specifications
If you are using it in an environment with poor communication, we recommend using the smartphone app.
- Preloaded data is saved to in-app storage in the smartphone app, so it can be reliably accumulated (unlikely to be automatically deleted)
- In both web browsers and smartphone apps, the played range is automatically saved to your device. Subsequent playback becomes faster, and you can play offline within that range. However, this auto-saved data may be deleted from oldest to newest depending on available storage space on your device, so use Preload for SOPs you want to take offline for sure.
How to preload
- While playing an SOP in an offline environment, click [Preload] from [...]
- Click [Preload]. If you also want to use translations, set it from [Also preload translations].
- Loading will start. If the SOP has audio narration, it may take some time.

A success message is displayed, and if [Preloaded] is shown on the SOP, you're done.
About preparing configuration data for offline use
Preload saves SOPs, media, translations, audio narration, and configuration data needed to display screens offline to your device. Immediately after an app or screen update, this preparation may take several minutes.
During preparation, a count is displayed like "Preparing configuration data for offline use (120/467). Please do not close the screen." If you close the screen midway, you will have to start over from the beginning, so please wait until the display finishes.
If preparation does not complete, the message "Configuration data for offline use could not be prepared" is displayed. SOP data has been saved, so please preload again in a location with stable communication.
About display language offline
SOP translations and audio narration use the language you selected during preloading, which works the same way offline.
The display language of buttons and menus on the screen can only be switched offline to languages that have been displayed online at least once. If you switch to a language that has never been displayed, it will be displayed in Japanese. If you use multiple languages, please open the screen in the language you plan to use before taking it to the field.
When there are updates
After the Dive screen or SOPs are updated, please preload again in a location where you can connect to the internet. The content you last opened online will be displayed offline.
