When you're unsure at the worksite saying "How do I do this again?", you can simply ask in your everyday language, and AI will find and teach you the matching SOPs and steps. Even if you don't know the terminology, the AI will search across related SOPs to find them.

What is AI Search

You can use it by selecting "Search with AI" from the search field in the sidebar. Unlike keyword search, its characteristic feature is that you can ask questions in natural language sentences.

Example: "I want to know how to tighten the bolts on the new machine"
Example: "What should I do if there's a power outage?"
Example: "What should I do when this alarm appears?"

Since it's in a conversation format, you can also ask follow-up questions like "Could you tell me more?" or "Is there another way?" to the initial answer.

How to Use

Click the search field in the sidebar and select "Search with AI"
Enter the content you want to ask about (everyday language is fine)
When you submit, AI will search across SOPs to present the matching SOPs and steps
Click "Details" in the results, and the SOP player will open at the matching step

Ask with Voice

You can use voice input from the microphone icon in the input field. Even during work where both hands are busy, you can ask by voice. When there's a pause in speaking for a certain amount of time, it automatically submits.

Continue the Conversation

When you ask follow-up questions in the same conversation, the AI responds based on the context. You can naturally dig deeper with questions like "Can you tell me more?" or "Do you have a photo?".

Review History

You can review past conversations from "History". You can continue the same conversation or start a new one. You can delete conversations you no longer need.

When You Have an SOP Open

You can search in detail on the information within the SOP using AI Search. You can use it by opening the search icon and selecting "Ask AI".

Tips for Effective Use

Be specific: "The bolt on the front cover of the new machine" finds a more accurate SOP than just "bolt"
Describe the situation: Writing "When ~, I want to ~" makes it easier to find steps that match your situation
Dig deeper in the conversation: If you don't get the information you need in one query, ask follow-up questions

How to Read the Results

The AI presents the SOPs and steps that are the basis for the answer, citing them. The most relevant one is displayed as a large card, showing why it was selected and the matching step within that SOP
The 2nd and later candidates are grouped under "Other Candidates: N items". Click to open, and click again to close
Click "Open" on the 1st card to open that SOP. From the "Details" on each card, you can open the matching step directly, so you can return to work without going back and forth between screens
If you couldn't find the information you were looking for, try rephrasing the question or try the normal keyword search

AI Search can be used widely for supporting new employees' independent work by teaching terminology, discovering SOPs from other departments, and quick reference at the worksite. Please use it as your first resource when you need help.
