Note: This article reflects the content at the time of the 2026-05-24 release. User deletion is now labeled as "Disable" across the system (same logical deletion behavior / restoration available).

We've added "Email-free accounts" so staff in the field without personal email addresses can now use Dive, and we've redesigned bulk user import to make it simpler and easier to understand. This article introduces today's updates.

① Email-free Accounts (Add users without email)

Previously, adding a user required an email address. Now, users without email addresses can be added and managed as "Email-free accounts". Staff members in the field or others without personal email addresses can now use Dive.

• Previously: Email addresses were required to add users
• Now: Users can be Email-free and log in with a Login ID and password. You can now "Issue an email-free account"

● How to issue

1. Open "User management" and click "Add user"
2. Switch to "Issue email-free account"
3. Enter name, permission, and group affiliation (employee ID and Login ID are optional; if left blank, they will be auto-assigned)
4. Click "Issue"
5. Distribute the displayed Login ID and Initial password to your field staff

No email is sent. If the password is forgotten, the Owner or Team Admin can re-issue it. For details, see Add user.

② Redesigned Bulk User Import

We've redesigned the bulk import template for setting up users and groups in Excel to make it simpler and easier to understand.

• Three-tab structure: Divided into "User list," "Group hierarchy," and "How to use," making entry rules clearer
• Create group hierarchies in Excel: Previously, group hierarchies could only be created in Dive. Now you can define them in the "Group hierarchy" tab
• Email-free accounts now supported in import: Simply mark the "Email-free" column with a circle to bulk-import users without email addresses

③ User Deletion Restoration Now Available

You can now restore users even if they are deleted by mistake.

• User deletion is now logical deletion, and the Owner or Team Admin can restore "Deleted" users (if permission slots are available)
• When restored, that user's usage history becomes visible again

Other Improvements and Bug Fixes

• Fixed bugs related to bulk user import
• Made other minor display and behavior improvements

This update does not affect existing users or data, and you can use it as is.
