We've made significant improvements to SOP editing. You can now replace individual video segments in video steps and switch between video steps and non-video steps (image/PDF). Read on for details about this update.
①Partial Video Step Replacement
You can now replace video materials in specific step ranges with new videos. When you need to reshoot just part of a video due to model changes or equipment updates, you can make the change without recreating the entire SOP.
●Steps to replace
- Click [Replace video] in the video step editing screen
- Select the range of steps to replace (continuous range)
- Choose the new video material
- Choose how to handle the description
- Keep the original text: Replace only the video while keeping the step description, questions, AR, and attachments unchanged
- Use the new video's content as the body: Extract the description from the new video only / recreate steps based on the new video's segments
- If needed, select "Keep manually specified thumbnails"
If the number of segments differs, a warning will appear with adjustment instructions.
②Video and Non-Video Step Switching
Within a single SOP, you can now switch video steps to image/PDF steps and image/PDF steps to video steps. You have much more editing flexibility—for example, switching from image to video after reshooting, or keeping an image instead of a video. You can move between non-video content (images and PDFs) within video steps and independent video blocks without recreating the SOP from scratch.
