We are pleased to release the ability to export SOPs in PowerPoint (.pptx) format and the ability to open specified steps directly from shared URLs and exported files. This article introduces the details of this update.

① SOP PowerPoint export (.pptx)

You can now export SOPs as PowerPoint (.pptx) with a layout of 1 slide = 1 step. This is useful for scenarios such as "I want to share the Dive content internally" and "I want to incorporate it into PowerPoint for training and education."

• Previously: We exported in PDF / Excel / MP4 format. When you wanted to use PowerPoint, copying and pasting was difficult.
• Now: Cover slide + Revision history + Step slides (duplicated for each step) in .pptx format, exported directly.

●Key features

• 1 step = 1 slide: Step number, title, work content, work tips, quality warning, important safety information, questions, and thumbnail image are placed on the slide
• Cover slide: SOP name, overview, and Rev number
• Revision history slide: Rev, Revision details, Initiator, Draft date, Approval date, and Approver in a table on one page
• Add a jump URL to each step optionally (see below)

PowerPoint export is available in Pro Plan or higher.

② Issue jump URLs to open from a specified step

You can now open SOPs starting from a specified step instead of from the beginning using shared URLs and exported files. This is convenient for scenarios such as "I want them to check only this step" and "I want to start playback from a specific step during training."

●Issue a specified step URL from the SOP "Share"

• Added a "Open from the specified step" checkbox to the "Share" modal for SOPs
• When enabled, a step selector (with number, thumbnail, and title) is displayed, allowing you to select the target step
• The displayed URL, QR code, and print screen all open from the selected step
• Time-limited (for external sharing) URLs also allow the same setting to open from a specified step

●Embed jump URLs for each step when exporting PowerPoint / PDF / Excel

Added a "Add a jump URL to each step" checkbox to the SOP export settings modal (default: ON).

• When enabled, each step slide, page, or row in PowerPoint / PDF / Excel has a link that opens that step directly
• When the recipient clicks on a "step they are interested in," the Dive playback screen starts playing from that step (if they are logged in to Dive and have viewing permission)
• When OFF, the file is exported as a plain document without links

Use cases

• Business proposals and internal explanatory materials: Export SOPs to PowerPoint and show only the necessary parts by jumping to Dive to display actual videos and AR
• Training materials: Distribute PDFs, and participants can only play and check the steps they are interested in in Dive
• When you want to guide only specific steps to external partners: Use time-limited external sharing URLs and specified steps to limit viewing to the minimum necessary
