What is Creation Plan
Creation Plan is a feature that identifies SOPs to be developed by folder, and centrally manages assignments, due dates, and progress. You can create a list showing "which folder, which SOP, who will create, by when," and manage it by comparing planned SOPs against the actual published SOPs.
While "Desired procedures (Idea notebook)" collected from the floor is a bottom-up needs collection, Creation Plan is a board for placing planned development first in a top-down manner.
Screen: Creation Plan view open from the left menu in your dashboard (Plan map)
Requirements
- Permission: Created user role or higher (Owner / Team Administrator / Group Administrator / Created user). Menu is not shown for View-only users or guests
- Plan: "My assignments" view and Plan map viewing are available on all plans. Plan map management operations (adding planned SOPs, linking, Excel import/export, etc.) are available on Pro plan or higher
- Location: Open from [Admin] → [Creation Plan] in the left menu of your dashboard
Two Views
Creation Plan has two views: "Plan map" and "My assignments", and you switch between them at the top of the screen. The default view changes by role — administrators see "Plan map," and creators see "My assignments." At the top, progress shows the count of planned, completed, creating, not started, overdue items and the completion rate.
Plan map
A canvas map organized by folder, providing an overview of the development status across your entire team. Below each folder, planned SOPs and, as needed, existing SOPs are overlaid.
- Drag to move: You can reassign a plan card to a different folder
- Zoom and pan: Use controls in the bottom-right of the canvas to zoom in/out and recenter
- Collapse header: Click the ▼ at the top-left to collapse the title, KPI, and top menu to maximize your work area
My assignments
A view showing only planned SOPs assigned to you in a list. You can see status, SOP name, creation status, storage folder, due date, and notes in columns, and creators perform SOP creation and status updates from this screen.

Steps
1. Create a folder
From the action menu (⋮) next to "Home" at the top-left of the Plan map, select "Create folder" and enter the folder name. The folder you create is shared with folders in the SOP list. From the action menu (⋮) of an existing folder, you can also create subfolders, rename the folder, move it, set access restrictions, and delete it.
2. Plan an SOP
From the action menu (⋮) of the folder where you want to add a plan, select "Plan an SOP", enter the name of the SOP to be created, and click "Add". The planned SOP appears in "Not started" status. To register multiple at once, use "Add from Excel" in the toolbar at the top of the Plan map (see below).
Screen: "Plan an SOP" input dialog
3. Set assignment and due date
Click a planned SOP card (Plan map) or row (My assignments) to open the panel, then set assignment and due date. You can assign to members with Created user role or higher (Owner / Team Administrator / Group Administrator / Created user). When you assign or set/change a due date, the assignee receives an email notification. Incomplete items past the due date are counted as "Overdue".

4. Create an SOP and link it
From a row in "My assignments," the assignee can select "Create SOP" to create a new SOP. If the storage folder is not yet set, select the folder first. The draft you create is automatically linked to that planned SOP, and its status changes to "Creating". From the "SOP" column in the list, you can edit the draft, check approval status, and view published SOPs.
Assignees can leave personal notes on planned SOPs (creation goals, reference info, research notes, etc.).
5. Manage progress (status)
Planned SOP status progresses in three steps: "Not started" → "Creating" → "Completed". Only the administrator and the assignee of that item can advance the status. When an SOP is published, the linked planned SOP automatically becomes "Completed". To manually set status to "Completed", select and link the actual SOP corresponding to that planned SOP.
6. Link to existing SOPs (optional)
You can treat an already-published SOP as the actual result of a planned SOP. When you turn on "Show existing SOPs too" at the top of the Plan map, published SOPs appear below the folder. From the link button of an existing SOP, select an unlinked planned SOP in that folder to link it, and the planned SOP becomes "Completed".
Add and update in bulk from Excel
From the [Add from Excel] button in the toolbar at the top of the Plan map, you can register multiple planned SOPs at once in the same format as the Excel export of the existing SOP list (Type / Folder path / Title, optionally Assignment / Due date).
- Click [Add from Excel] in the toolbar
- Click [Excel template] at the top-right to download a sample, or paste tab-separated data directly into the paste field
- Drag and drop a file, or paste the contents
- Difference preview (add / update / skip / error) to verify the content
- If all looks good, click [Register N items] to confirm
-
Folder path is slash-separated like
root/parent/child. Non-existent folders are created automatically - Assignment is matched by email address (name also works, but email is recommended to avoid conflicts)
- If the same folder and title already exist, only differences in assignment and due date are updated (no difference means skip)
- Rows with type "Folder" create folders up to that path (existing ones are skipped)
Export development status to Excel
- Full Excel export (Pro+): From [Export to Excel] at the right end of the progress header on the Plan map, you can export a full list organized by folder structure
- My assignments Excel export (all plans): From [Export to Excel] at the top-right of My assignments view, you can export your assignments as a flat list
Promote from "Desired procedures" to Creation Plan
Requests collected in "Desired procedures (Idea notebook)" that you decide to actually create can be promoted to Creation Plan, with assignment and due date attached for tracking. Promoted planned SOPs show "From Want" and when you advance their status in Creation Plan, the status also reflects in the Desired procedures board. When completed, the original poster and everyone who marked "Want" receive a notification.
Due date reminder (automatic email)
When a planned SOP's due date approaches or passes, the assignee automatically receives an email.
- 3 days before / day before / overdue (overdue sent once only)
- Delivered daily at 08:00 (JST)
- When you change the due date, it is resent with the new date (duplicate guard is reset)
- Planned SOPs marked "Completed" are removed from reminder targets
