Personal page is Dive's person-centric dashboard where you can view a single user across three tabs: [Training] (course enrollment) / [Development] (competency and Skill Map) / [Usage] (viewing and usage patterns). Information that was previously scattered across separate pages is now consolidated at the URL /dashboard/person/{uid}, and you can link directly to each of the three tabs using the URL parameter ?tab=.
This article explains how to open the Personal page, what you can do in each tab, and access permissions.
How to open the Personal page
Open your own Personal page
- Click the user avatar in the upper right corner of the screen
- Click the "Open personal page" button in the profile panel
This button is not displayed for users with the Guest role.
Open another user's Personal page (for administrators)
From various locations in the User management screen or Usage Report, you can open the details drawer for the relevant user and navigate directly to the desired tab of the Personal page using buttons in "Open related page".
- Skill: Go to Development tab ※ Available only on plans with Skill Map functionality
- Course status: Go to Training tab
- Usage Report: Go to Usage tab
- Mentees: Go to the mentees view within the Development tab ※ Available only on plans with Skill Map functionality
Existing bookmarks and links will continue to work.
What's in the three tabs
[Training] (Course enrollment)
Displays the courses assigned to that user and their progress status.
- Course list: thumbnail, title, description, progress percentage, and enrollment deadline
- SOPs within each course: viewing completion status (completed / incorrect answer / incomplete / unread)
- Pass/fail status of assessment tests
- Open SOP: From your own Personal page, the SOP player opens as a modal right there. When closed, it re-fetches data, and if there is a completion report, it's reflected in your progress
- Export to Excel: You can export course and SOP performance data to Excel
For detailed information on how to use the course feature, see How to create and assign courses and check progress status.
[Development] (Skill Map and Competency)
Review and edit that user's competency (level on the Skill Map), development records, and development plans.
- Current and target level for each skill
- Development records: history of viewing and execution that serves as the basis for level-ups
- Development plans: period and development lead assignments
- Association status with SOPs
Use the switch at the top of the tab to toggle between these two views:
- [Their competency] (default): That user's own Skill Map
-
[Mentees]: A list and progress of learners that the user has as a development lead (deep link with
?tab=mentees)
For details on Skill Map, see What is Skill Map? / How to read the Skill Mark.
[Usage] (Viewing and usage patterns)
Displays viewing records and usage patterns showing when, which SOPs, and how many times that user has viewed.
- Trends in view count and number of SOPs viewed
- Recent viewing history (time, SOP, completion status)
- Stumble records (places where incorrect answers were given on questions)
- KPIs such as views per procedure and views per person
For details, see Check implementation effectiveness with the Usage Report.
Access permissions
Each tab of the Personal page can only be viewed by users who meet the following conditions. If you lack the required permissions, attempting to open the page will result in an error message and a redirect to the dashboard.
Viewing the entire page
| Role | Can view Personal page of |
|---|---|
| Owner / Team Administrator | All team members |
| Group Administrator | Users in their managed group (direct and subordinate) |
| Created user / View-only user / Guest | Their own page / Personal page of learners they are development lead for |
Additional restrictions for [Usage] tab and [Mentees] subview
The Usage tab and Mentees subview are displayed only for the following roles:
- Owner / Team Administrator
- Group Administrator
- The user themselves (viewing their own Personal page)
For other roles viewing another person's Personal page, only the Training and Development tabs are displayed.
Behavior when the target is a Guest user
If the target user has the Guest role, a notification stating "This user is a guest and is outside the scope of Training (Courses) / Development (Competency) management" is displayed on the Training and Development tabs of the Personal page, and the page becomes view-only.
- Training: Assessment test completion and progress aggregation cannot be performed
- Development: Level changes, self-evaluation, development records, and development plan editing cannot be performed
- If you wish to include guests in Training and Development management, consider changing them to a user with permissions from Owner through View-only user
Reload and back navigation
- Each tab has a reload icon that allows you to re-fetch the currently displayed tab with the latest data
- When navigating from Skill Map, Skill Analysis, Mentees list, or similar pages, a "Back to ..." button appears at the top of the page, allowing you to return to the previous page with a single click
How you can use this
- Preparing for 1-on-1 meetings: Before a meeting, open the other person's Personal page to check their course status, competency, and usage patterns on one screen
- Daily check by development lead: Use the mentees view to monitor the progress of learners you're responsible for
- New employee follow-up: Compare viewing history and course progress right after hiring to determine if additional support is needed
- Self-review: Open your own Personal page and review monthly what SOPs you viewed, your development status, and any remaining assigned courses
