Role of "Training (Courses)" and "Development (skill map)"
Training and Development management are organized into two layers with separate roles:
- Training (Courses): A system for bundling and distributing a set of SOPs that you want everyone to view. The goal is for Members to view and complete SOPs (consume the content).
- Development (skill map): A system for evaluating, planning, and recording a person's competency. It tracks a person's growth over the long term.
