If the same account belongs to multiple teams, you can switch teams from your profile in the header. There are no role restrictions, so every user who belongs to multiple teams can do this.
If you belong to only one team, the Switch option is not shown.
Steps to switch
- Click the [User profile] icon in the upper right corner.

In the [Team] section, click [Switch] next to the team name.
- A list of the teams you belong to appears, so select the team you want to switch to. The current team is shown as (Current).
- You will be logged out automatically. When you log in again, the team you switched to is displayed.
Switching teams logs you out. If you have content you are editing, save it before switching.
What changes when you switch
Each team has its own separate environment, so the content shown changes when you switch.
- SOPs, Folders, and Videos
- List of Groups and Members
- Your own Permission (Owner, Team Administrator, Group Administrator, Created user, View-only user, Guest). Even with the same account, it differs for each team.
- Your contract Plan and the Features available on that Plan
- Team settings, such as Team name, Team Logo, and Security Settings
How to belong to multiple teams
If you receive an invitation email from another team and accept the invitation using the Email address you already use for your Dive account, you will belong to multiple teams. When you open the invitation URL, a message appears saying that an account already exists, so please enter your password.
Once you accept, you are switched to the team you were invited to, and your original team stays as well. After that, you can move between them using the steps above.
You do not need to recreate your account. You can use multiple teams with one account.
If "You cannot join this team" is displayed
When you log in, "You cannot join this team" may be displayed. This can happen, for example, when you have been removed from the team you were using until just before.
If you belong to other teams, select one from the list to switch to that team (in this case, you do not need to log in again).
If you do not belong to any other team, you will only be logged out. Please ask the Owner or Team Administrator to check your registration status.
