Let's start by creating your first video SOP! The first step is uploading a video.

Click the [+] button in the top left corner.
* If the menu is expanded, click the "Create new" button
- Click "Create from video".
- Click "Add new". You can also use drag and drop. *You can upload multiple videos at once.

Click "Select a video". Choose the video you want to use. You can also click "Record screen" to record your PC screen and use it as material.

The AI processing screen will appear. For videos without narration, check "Videos without narration (analyzed only by video)". If there are no issues, click "Run".
* If possible, enter a description in "Video description" to improve analysis accuracy.
* In AI processing options, you can specify the "Subtitle style" (the endings of action subtitles) separately from the "Text style" of the step text (default is "Imperative"). For the meaning and how to choose each item, please refer to AI Processing Options: Meaning and How to Choose Each Item.

Upload will start and progress will be displayed. The progress is also shown in the "Upload" tray at the bottom right of the screen, and the upload will continue even if you move to another screen (if you close the browser tab or reload it during upload, it will be interrupted). You can cancel or retry individual items from the tray. Once the material shows "Optimizing", the upload itself is complete.

Upload complete! The processing will finish in about the same time as the length of the video.
You can close the app. For long videos, wait for the email notification.
