Steps to re-run when AI processing has Failed. If you want to run analysis on a video that hasn't been analyzed yet, see Run AI analysis on unanalyzed video materials.

1. Click the video in question from "Materials", then click "Review AI results and re-run"
   * Or click the AI status tag in the upper right of the materials card

   

   
   

2. Review the "Error details" and adjust the content in the "Re-run options".
   

   

3. Click "Re-run" and processing will resume.
   

   

   
   
   

Note: When re-running results from successful processing

1. Click the video in question from "Materials", then click "Review AI processing results"
   * Or click the AI status tag in the upper right of the materials card

   

   
   

2. Click "Re-run AI".

   

3. Set the analysis content as needed. If everything looks good, click "Run". This will re-run the process. Note that the previous results will be overwritten.
