A feature for centrally managing skill definitions (categories, subcategories, skill items, and evaluation criteria) that are common across the entire team, and importing them into each group to share. Use this when you want to standardize skill definitions across your team, rather than having each group create them separately.
Skill Catalog is available with the Enterprise plan. Only owners and Team Administrators can edit it.
What is Skill Catalog
A "catalog" that stores skill definitions common to the team. Content registered here is used by importing it from each group's Skill Map using "Import from team-common skills."
Items that can be registered in the catalog are as follows:
- Hierarchy of categories, subcategories, and skills
- Skill description and standard target level for each skill
- Evaluation criteria (Lv1–Lv4) for each skill
- SOPs related to each skill
You can also set team-standard evaluation criteria (Lv1–Lv4) separately that apply to all skills.
How to open the page
In the sidebar, open "Training management" → "Development", and click the "Skill Catalog" button from the action menu in the top right of the page. It is only displayed to owners and Team Administrators; when clicked, the catalog editing screen opens in a modal. ※ The former "Catalog" menu under "Skill" and dedicated page (/dashboard/skill/common) have been discontinued.

Edit the catalog
Add categories, subcategories, and skills
In the editing screen of the "Skill Catalog" tab, build the hierarchy the same way as in a group's Skill Map.
- Add a category (example: Safety and Health)
- Add a subcategory under the category (example: Basic Safety)
- Add a skill under the subcategory (example: 5S Activities)
- For each skill, set the description, target level, evaluation criteria, and related SOPs as needed
- When editing is complete, click "Save and sync"
When you press "Save and sync," changes are saved to the catalog and automatically reflected to all groups using this catalog (automatic sync described below).
Import from industry templates
If you don't need to define skills from scratch, using industry-specific templates will speed up setup.
- Click "Import" → "From industry templates"
- Select an industry and sub-industry, then choose the template to apply
- Preview the skills to be imported and selectively choose items as needed
- Execute the import
After import, you can freely edit to match your company's terminology.
Import from Excel
You can also import an existing Excel skill management table directly.
- Click "Import" → "From Excel"
- Select an Excel file
- In the Preview screen, check differences for "Add new," "Update," and "No changes"
- Execute the import
Configure team-common evaluation criteria
You can set evaluation criteria (Lv1–Lv4) that apply by default to all skills from the "Evaluation Criteria" tab.
- Open the "Evaluation Criteria" tab
- Enter a description for each of Lv1–Lv4
- Click "Save"
If individual evaluation criteria are not set for each skill, the content configured here is used as the default. If you want to override the evaluation criteria for specific skills, set them individually in the editing screen for each skill.
Use the catalog in groups
Import skills registered in the catalog from each group's Skill Map.
- Open the Skill Map editing screen for the target group
- Click "Import from team-common skills"
- Check the skills you want to import from the catalog's skill list
- Execute "Import"
Imported skills are automatically placed in a hierarchy within the group with the same name as the categories and subcategories in the catalog. If a hierarchy with the same name already exists, the skills are added under it.
Catalog changes and automatic group sync
When you change a skill registered in the catalog, it is automatically reflected in all groups using that skill (when you press "Save and sync"). The contents synchronized are as follows:
- Changes to skill name, description, target level, evaluation criteria, and related SOPs
- Name changes to the category or subcategory it belongs to (position follows)
- Skills deleted from the catalog (automatically unlinked from groups adopting them)
The number of groups adopting each skill can be confirmed in the "Adopting groups" column in the catalog list.
Register group-specific skills in the catalog
You can also register skills defined uniquely by each group as team-common skills in the catalog later. Registration is done from the Skill Map definition screen of the target group. For details, refer to the Skill Map management article on the group side.
