When you first define skills, all member skill levels are "Not set". Start by setting the current level.
Dive assumes that "the administrator confirms the level". You can record the member's own assessment as "Self-evaluation", which does not change the actual level but can be used as a reference when the administrator decides the level.
For an overview of the Skill Map, see What is a Skill Map? / How to read skill marks.
Steps to set level
- Click on the user for whom you want to set the level, and click on the relevant skill from their personal skill page.
※In the example, we are setting the skill level for [Drawing Layout Diagrams].
Note: You can also click on the skill or user cell on the Skill Map to shortcut the above and select the step in question.
- The details of that skill will appear on the right side of the screen. Click "Change level".
- Enter the required information and click "Save".
- The content is confirmed and Change history is also recorded.
The skill mark will also change with the level change.
Tips
- The initial bulk setup is time-consuming. It's smoother for the group representative to understand the current status, then have the administrator enter all levels at once.
- Level changes are recorded as history. You can use them as evidence for audits and training records.
- Having members enter "Self-evaluation" can be useful as a reference when the administrator confirms the level.
