Dive automatically records major operations within your team as audit logs. For internal audits, compliance, security investigations, and other purposes, you can download them all at once in CSV format.
Major operations recorded
- Login-related (success, failure, MFA, SSO)
- User addition, deletion, permission changes
- Security settings changes (IP restrictions, SSO, MFA enforcement, password policy, external sharing prohibitions, etc.)
- Role threshold changes per feature
- SOP export, media download (when allowed roles change)
- External sharing URL issuance, disabling, restoration, expiry changes
- Other major administrative operations
Who can configure this
Only users with Owner permissions can.
Steps to export CSV
- Open "Owner Functions" from the side menu
- Select the "Security" tab at the top and open the Audit log card
- Click "Export as CSV"
- The audit log will be saved to your browser's Downloads folder in CSV format. Even if there are many records, all time periods are exported to a single CSV (large exports may take time).
Tips for effective use
- Regular inventory (quarterly or monthly) - export as CSV and keep as your internal security operation record
- During security incident investigations, extract the target period as CSV and filter by user, operation, and time in Excel, making it easier to trace events
- Role threshold changes per feature and external sharing operations are especially prone to tracking, so keeping records along with change history provides peace of mind
