We've released five improvements that let you make fine adjustments and extensions to match your usage scenarios. This article introduces the details of this update.

① Caption TTS Preview Playback

In the video editor, you can now preview caption TTS audio on the spot. For SOPs with TTS enabled or individual captions, you can confirm intonation, speed, and pronunciation accuracy before export.

• Previously: You had to open the SOP to hear the actual TTS audio
• Now: Preview one caption at a time. Playback is synced to the video timeline

●Key features

• Caption-by-caption preview: Tap the "preview" button on each caption in the timeline to check one at a time
• Synced with video: During preview, the video position and audio are locked so you get the same experience as playing the actual SOP
• TTS-enabled captions only: You can only preview captions with TTS on (TTS-off captions are excluded)

② Bulk unlink questions / auto-generate questions option when converting video to SOP

*This feature was omitted from the previous release notes. We're sharing it again now.

We've added two improvements for handling SOP questions (quizzes) in bulk.

●Bulk unlink questions

In the SOP editing screen, go to the [Bulk edit] menu and select [Bulk unlink questions] to see all SOPs with questions and set them to "None" in bulk. The SOPs themselves and their content are not deleted.

• Previously: You had to open each SOP one by one to remove questions
• Now: Only SOPs with questions are listed, so you can search, select, and bulk unlink

●Choose whether to auto-generate questions when converting video to SOP

When creating an SOP from a video, the settings modal now has a checkbox to choose whether to have the video AI create questions (available when questions are included in your plan). This eliminates the need to manually remove questions later for video materials where questions aren't needed.

③ MFA requirement exceptions (group / user)

You can now specify exception groups / exception users when requiring two-factor authentication (MFA) for your entire team. This enables operations like temporarily exempting certain field team members who can't set up an authentication app.

• Exception groups: Select groups to exclude (multiple selection enabled)
• Exception users: Select individual users to exclude (multiple selection enabled)
• Users removed from the exception list will be required to use MFA again at their next login
• Changes to exception settings are recorded in the Audit log

④ Granular security settings

We've expanded the security tab for owners to support more detailed operations.

●Device cache settings (no view data saved on devices)

You can now switch to a mode that stores no view data such as SOPs, videos, or translations on user devices. In return, offline playback and preload become unavailable, and constant network connectivity is required. This is useful for teams that permit BYOD (bring-your-own-device) usage.

●Permitted user roles per feature (role restrictions for download, export, sharing)

For each of the features below, you can fine-tune the threshold of user roles that can access them.

• SOP file export (PDF / Excel / MP4)
• Folder Excel export
• External Sharing (time-limited URL issuance)
• Media download (media library)
• Attached files download
• Skill Map export
• Usage Report export

For teams handling confidential SOPs, you can enforce policies like "PDF/Excel export restricted to Group Administrator and above" or "Media download for Owner only" based on your operational needs. Bulk operations like [Disable all for everyone] and [Restore all to defaults] are also supported.

⑤ Auto-generation of proposal materials

You can now auto-generate internal proposal materials (PowerPoint) from the Usage Report. This feature supports scenarios like "I want to explain the adoption impact to my manager" or "I need to get internal approval for contract renewal".

• Results-based proposal materials: Reflects the usage report numbers (investment, value, economic impact) as-is
• Trial proposal materials (placeholder figures): Available for proposals before contract or during trial
• "Create proposal materials" button: Request export with one click from the Usage Report. You can download it once generation is complete
• Dedicated proposal CTA page: Directed from the landing page for champions (internal advocates). Members without export rights see the public ROI calculator and Online consultation navigation links
