Personal page is Dive's person-centered dashboard that gives you an overview of one user across the following tabs: [Training] (Course enrollment) / [Development] (Skill Map and competency) / [Certifications] (licenses, internal certifications, health checkups) / [Comparison] (records of work analysis comparisons) / [Viewing records] (viewing and usage patterns). Everything is gathered at the URL /dashboard/person/{uid}, and you can link directly to each tab with the URL parameter ?tab=.
This article explains how to open the Personal page, what you can do on each tab, and access permissions.
How to open the Personal page
Open your personal page
- Click your user avatar in the upper-right corner of the screen
- In your profile, click [Personal page ▼] and select the tab you want to open (Training, Development, Certifications, Comparison, or Viewing records)
This button is not shown for the Guest role.
You can also open the Personal page from [Personal page ▼] on the [Learning] tab of the Top Page. (The [Learning] tab is the training screen, so tabs other than Training are listed.)
Open another user's personal page (for administrators)
You can open another user's personal page from the following places.
- User management: Open the user's details, then select the tab you want from [Personal page ▼] under [Open related page]
- Usage Report / Viewing records by SOP: Click the user's name to open that person's [Viewing records] tab. The period you selected is carried over
Existing bookmarks and links will continue to work.
What each tab contains
[Training] (Course enrollment)
Shows the courses assigned to that user and their progress.
- Course list: thumbnail / title / summary / progress rate / due date
- SOPs in each course: viewing status (Completed / Wrong answer / Not completed / Unread)
- Assessment test results (pass or fail)
- Open SOP: On the user's own My page, the SOP player opens in a modal window right there. When it is closed, the data is reloaded, and if there is a completion report, it is reflected in the progress
- Export to Excel: You can export results by course or by SOP
- Filter, sort, and search: Filter by [Incomplete] [Completed] [All] (only Incomplete is shown at first). Sort by [Due soonest first] (the initial order), [Least progress first], [By course name], or [Recently completed first]. You can search by course name or SOP name
- Expand / collapse: Click the heading of a course card to expand or collapse it. The button on the far right switches between Expand all and Collapse all. (If there are five courses or fewer, they are open from the start.)
For details on how to use the course feature, see How to create courses, assign them, and check progress.
[Development] (Skill Map / competency)
You can view and edit the user's competency (level on the Skill Map), development records, and development plans.
- Current and target levels for each skill
- Development records: Viewing and practice history that serves as the basis for level-ups
- Development plans: Settings for the period and the mentor
- Status of links to SOPs
- How to gain this skill: The courses and certifications needed to reach it, and the user's status (completed or not completed, whether certifications are valid or have lapsed, etc.)
- Re-check needed mark: A mark is shown on skills that have related procedures where the user stumbled after Solo completion, or where the revised version of an SOP has not been performed yet. If the Deadline for re-check after revision has passed, "Expired" is shown. Clicking the mark opens the development records for that skill
At the top of the tab, use the sub-view switch to change between the following two views.
- [Their competency] (default): That user's own Skill Map
-
[Mentees]: The list and progress of the learners that the user has as a mentor (deep link available with
?tab=mentees). Using [Re-check needed] above, you can count and filter the mentees' skills where they stumbled after Solo completion or where a revised SOP has not been performed yet. Mentees past their deadline are shown as "of which Expired," and you can record re-training from [Re-check follow-up]
For details on the Skill Map, see What is a Skill Map? / How to read skill marks.
[Certifications] (licenses, internal certifications, health checkups)
Shows the certifications the user holds and their expiry dates. The user can apply for the certifications they have obtained from here. You can export this person's certification register to Excel (Pro and Enterprise plans). For details, see Managing expiry dates for certifications (licenses, internal certifications, health checkups).
[Comparison] (records of work analysis comparisons)
Lists the work analysis comparisons (time analysis and comparisons with SOPs) in which the user is a subject, newest first. This screen is read-only. Click a row to check the results on the screen of each feature. Comparisons you are not allowed to see due to sharing settings are not displayed. For details, see Compare with SOP: Checking that steps are followed.
[Viewing records] (viewing and usage patterns)
Shows when the user viewed SOPs, which SOPs they viewed, and how much, along with the status of their answers to questions. The names and meanings of the numbers are the same as in the Usage Report.
- Period: [All periods] [Today] [Last 1 week] [Last 1 month] [Last 3 months] [Last 1 year], or a specific date. When you move here by clicking a user name in the Usage Report or in Viewing records by SOP, the selected period is carried over
- Summary: Number of views / Procedures referenced / Views per procedure / Active days / Publish count. If there are records of answers to questions, the wrong-answer rate, stumbles, and self-completion rate are also shown
- SOPs: The SOPs the user has viewed, shown in folder order (number of views and last viewed, and, for SOPs with questions, wrong-answer rate, number of answers, stumbles, and self-completion rate). Clicking an SOP name opens the viewing records for that SOP, limited to this user (execution records and Stumble map)
- Viewing history (chronological): A record of each individual view. You can narrow the list using the SOP name headings. Clicking an SOP name opens the details of that execution record
- Usage graph: Daily view trend / By time of day / Viewing pattern by day of week
- Export to Excel: You can export this person's viewing records as an Excel file
For details, see Check the adoption effect with the Usage Report and Check viewing records by SOP.
Access permissions
Each tab of the Personal page can be viewed only by users who meet the following conditions. If a user does not have enough permission, an error message appears when they try to open the page, and they are redirected to the dashboard.
Viewing the entire page
| Role | What can be viewed |
|---|---|
| Owner / Team Administrator | Personal pages of all team members |
| Group Administrator | Personal pages of users in the groups they manage (their own group and the groups below it) |
| Created user / View-only user / Guest | Their own personal page / Personal pages of learners for whom they are the mentor |
Additional restrictions on the [Certifications] and [Viewing records] tabs and the [Mentees] sub-view
The Certifications tab, the Viewing records tab, and the Mentees sub-view are displayed only in the following cases.
- Owner / Team Administrator
- Group Administrator
- The user themselves (their own personal page)
If a user with any other role opens another person's personal page, only the Training, Development, and Comparison tabs are displayed.
Behavior when the target user is a Guest
If the target user has the Guest role, a notice appears on the Training and Development tabs of the Personal page saying "This user is a Guest, so they are not subject to Training (Courses) or Development (competency) management." The page becomes view-only.
- Training: Assessment tests cannot be taken, and progress status cannot be totaled
- Development: Change level, self-assessment, and editing of development records and development plans are not available
- If you want to manage a Guest's training and development, consider changing the user's role to View-only user or higher (from View-only user up to Owner)
Reload and back navigation
- Each tab has a Reload icon, which reloads only the tab you are viewing with the latest data
- If you arrive from the Skill Map, Skill Analysis, the mentee list, or a similar page, a [Back to ...] button appears at the top of the page, so you can return to the previous page with one click
Ways to use it
- Preparing for 1-on-1s: Before a meeting, open the other person's personal page and check their course enrollment, competency, and usage patterns on one screen
- Daily check for mentors: In the Mentees view, review the progress of the learners you take responsibility for
- Supporting new hires: Compare viewing history and course progress right after they join to decide whether extra support is needed
- Self-review: Open your own personal page and review each month: the SOPs you have viewed, your development status, and the remaining assigned courses
