Personal page is Dive's person-centric dashboard that lets you view one user across five areas at a glance using tabs: [Training] (course enrollment) / [Development] (competency, Skill Map) / [Qualifications] (licenses, internal certifications, health checks) / [Comparisons] (work analysis comparison records) / [Viewing records] (viewing and usage patterns). All content is aggregated under the URL /dashboard/person/{uid}, and you can link directly to each tab using the URL parameter ?tab=.
This article explains how to open the personal page, what you can do on each tab, and access permissions.
How to open the personal page
Open your own personal page
- Click the user avatar in the top right of the screen
- In the profile menu, press "Personal page ▼" and select the tab you want to open (Training, Development, Qualifications, Comparisons, or Viewing records)
This button is not displayed for guest roles.
You can also open it from the "Personal page ▼" button on the [Learning] tab of the Top Page (since the [Learning] tab displays the training screen, tabs other than Training appear).
Open another user's personal page (for administrators)
You can open another user's personal page from the following locations:
- User management: Open the details for the relevant user, and select the tab you want to open from "Personal page ▼" under "Open related page"
- Usage Report / Viewing records by procedure: Click on a user name to open that person's [Viewing records] tab (the selected time period is carried over)
Existing bookmarks and links continue to work.
Tab contents
[Training] (Course enrollment)
Displays the courses assigned to that user and their progress status.
- Course list: thumbnail / title / description / progress rate / enrollment deadline
- Procedures within each course: viewing completion status (completed / incorrect answer / incomplete / unread)
- Pass/fail status of assessment tests
- Open SOP: On the user's own page, the SOP player opens in a modal right there. When closed, it refreshes the data, and if there is a completion report, it is reflected in the progress
- Export to Excel: You can export course and procedure results to Excel
- Filter, sort, and search: Filter by [Incomplete] [Complete] [All] (initially shows incomplete only), sort by "Due soonest first" (the initial sort) / "Least progress first" / "By course name" / "Recently completed first", and search by course name or procedure name
- Expand/collapse: Course cards can be expanded or collapsed by clicking the heading, and you can switch between "Expand all" and "Collapse all" using the button on the right end (courses up to 5 are initially open)
For more details on how to use courses, see How to create and assign courses, and how to view progress status.
[Development] (Skill Map, Competency)
View and edit that user's competency (level on the Skill Map), development record, and development plan.
- Current and target level per skill
- Development record: viewing and execution history that forms the basis for level-ups
- Development plan: period and development instructor settings
- How procedures are linked
- How to gain this skill: courses and qualifications required to reach the level, and the person's status (completed / not completed, qualification valid / expired, etc.)
- Needs re-confirmation mark: a mark appears on skills where the person struggled after solo completion, or where related procedures with updated versions have not yet been executed. Clicking it opens the development record for that skill
Using the sub-switch at the top of the tab, you can switch between these two viewpoints:
- [Their competency] (default): the Skill Map of that user themselves
-
[Mentees]: a list and progress of learners that this user has as a development instructor (deep linkable via
?tab=mentees). At [Needs re-confirmation], count mentees' skills that struggled after solo completion or whose updated versions have not yet been executed, and filter
For details on Skill Maps, see What is a Skill Map? / How to read Skill Marks.
[Qualifications] (Licenses, internal certifications, health checks)
Displays that user's qualification status and expiration dates. Users can apply for qualifications they have earned from here. One person's records can be exported to Excel (Pro, Enterprise plans). For details, see Manage qualification (license, internal certification, health check) expiration dates.
[Comparisons] (Work analysis comparison records)
Lists in descending date order the work analysis comparisons (time analysis, comparison with SOP) for which that user is the subject. This screen is read-only, and clicking a row opens the result in the respective feature's screen. Comparisons outside the sharing range settings are not displayed. For details, see Compare with SOP: verify that procedures are being followed correctly.
[Viewing records] (Viewing and usage patterns)
Displays when, which procedures, and how many times that user viewed procedures, as well as their response status to questions. The names and meanings of the numbers are the same as in the Usage Report.
- Time period: [All time] [Today] [Last 1 week] [Last 1 month] [Last 3 months] [Last 1 year], or specify by date. When you navigate here by clicking a user name from the Usage Report or procedure viewing records, the time period is carried over
- Summary: number of views, procedures referenced, views per procedure, active days, public count. If there are question response records, incorrect answer rate, stumbles, and self-completion rate are also displayed
- Procedures: displays procedures that person viewed in folder order (with view count and last viewed, and if there are questions, incorrect answer rate, response count, stumbles, self-completion rate). Clicking a procedure name opens the viewing records for that procedure (execution records, stumble map) for that person
- Viewing history (chronological): records of individual viewings. You can filter by procedure name heading. Clicking a procedure name opens the details of that viewing's execution record
- Usage graph: daily view trend, hourly pattern, viewing pattern by day of week
- Export to Excel: export this person's viewing records to Excel
For details, see Check implementation results with the Usage Report and View viewing records by procedure.
Access permissions
Each tab of the personal page can only be viewed by users who meet the following conditions. If you do not have sufficient permissions, an error message appears when you try to open the page, and you are redirected to the dashboard.
Viewing the entire page
| Role | Can view |
|---|---|
| Owner / Team Administrator | Personal page of all team members |
| Group Administrator | Personal page of users in their managed group (direct and subordinate) |
| Created user / View-only user / Guest | Their own personal page / personal page of learners they have as a development instructor |
Additional restrictions on [Qualifications] / [Viewing records] tabs and [Mentees] subview
The Qualifications tab, Viewing records tab, and Mentees subview are displayed only in the following cases:
- Owner / Team Administrator
- Group Administrator
- The user themselves (their own personal page)
When users with other roles open another person's personal page, the Training, Development, and Comparisons tabs are displayed.
Behavior when the target is a guest user
When the target user has a guest role, the Training tab and Development tab of the personal page display the message "Since this user is a guest, they are outside the scope of Training (Courses) and Development (Competency) management", and are in a read-only state.
- Training: cannot take assessment tests or compile achievement status
- Development: cannot change levels, self-evaluate, or edit development records or plans
- If you want to make a guest subject to Training and Development management, consider changing them to a user with permissions from Owner to View-only user (View-only user or higher)
Reload and navigation back
- Each tab has a reload icon that retrieves only the currently displayed tab with the latest data
- When navigating from Skill Map, Skill Analysis, mentee list, etc., a "Back to [...]" button appears at the top of the page for one-click navigation back to the original page
Sample use cases
- Preparing for one-on-ones: Open the other person's personal page before a meeting to check course completion status, competency, and usage patterns on one screen
- Daily checks by development instructor: use the mentee view to monitor the progress of learners you instruct
- New employee follow-up: compare viewing history and course progress shortly after hire to determine if additional support is needed
- Self-review by the user: open your personal page and monthly review "procedures viewed, development status, remaining course assignments"
