This release adds "Question Templates" to accelerate question creation in SOPs, "Independent Subtitle Style" to specify motion captions in a different style from the procedure text, keyboard operation on the playback screen, account unlock by administrators, and Excel export of work analysis results. We also improved the naturalness of motion captions and renamed the glossary to "Terminology Glossary."
① Question Templates (Pro and above)
We made it possible to apply templates all at once for work where the same type of questions (pass/fail judgment, multiple choice, numeric range, etc.) were repeatedly set across multiple procedures.
- Added a new [Use template] action to the Bulk edit > Bulk edit questions tab in the SOP editor
- Simply select a pre-registered question template and choose the target procedures to replace or add questions all at once (question text, options, correct answer, pass/fail judgment, etc.)
- You can also add templates to procedures that don't have questions set yet
Question Templates are created and managed in the Templates tab on the Terminology Glossary page. By registering frequently used inspection questions (for example: pass/fail judgments like "No issues / Needs repair," range checks against standard values, etc.) as team standards, subsequent SOP creation becomes much easier.
② Video AI Motion Captions Can Now Be Styled Independently from Procedure Text
Previously, motion captions in videos (short action descriptions displayed at the bottom of the screen) generated by AI processing and the procedure text style (imperative, polite form, noun-ending, etc.) used the same style. Now you can specify different styles for captions and text.
- In the AI processing options, the [Subtitle style] defaults to "Same as text style" (as before)
- Unchecking it lets you switch the caption to a different style (for example: polite form for body text, imperative for captions)
- When "Follow policy" is selected for the text, captions require individual selection since the policy doesn't apply to them
We also improved the naturalness of motion captions themselves (reduced awkward word endings and unnatural phrasing).
③ SOP Playback: Navigate Previous/Next Steps with Arrow Keys ← / →
On the SOP playback screen, you can now move to the previous or next step simply by pressing the arrow keys ← / →. It works the same as clicking the Next or Previous buttons.
- Disabled when input fields, question modals, or table of contents modals are open (key input is not intercepted)
- Disabled before playback starts (Click to start)
- Useful for field devices where mouse operation is difficult or for viewing during work where both hands are often occupied
④ Work Analysis Results Can Now Be Exported to Excel
You can now export the results of each step in work analysis and Standard time to a single Excel file. For process management tables, business proposal documents, and integration into other systems, you can extract the values exactly as they appear on screen.
- Open the work analysis project and click the [Export to Excel] button (Excel icon) at the top right of the screen. You can press it from any STEP 1 through STEP 6 screen
- The export consists of 6 sheets: Summary / Selection (AI Improvement suggestion) / Extraction (Cycle × Element Matrix) / Classification (Chronological order) / Improvement (Post-rearrangement with Standard time) / Comparison (Novice comparison metadata)
- Standard time = Measurement time ÷ Correction speed (same as displayed on screen)
For details, see Export Work Analysis Results to Excel (Extract Standard Time).
Other Improvements
- Unified terminology: Dictionary > "Terminology Glossary": We standardized the screen label for the feature used to improve term interpretation accuracy in AI processing, translation, and voice recognition to "Terminology Glossary." In addition to bulk import of Excel/CSV added in the last release, the Question Templates mentioned above are also consolidated on the same page.
- Standardized user deletion terminology to "Disable": Previously labeled "Delete," the batch operation is now standardized as "Disable." The actual implementation remains a logical delete (recoverable) as before, with no functional change.
- Added trigger to run AI processing from unprocessed videos: We now show the [Run AI processing] button in the media browser detail modal for videos that haven't run AI processing yet. You can add videos that have only been uploaded and not yet analyzed to the analysis queue with one click. For details, see Run AI Analysis on Unanalyzed Video Materials.
- Sign-in reset bug fix: Fixed a bug where the sign-in screen input reset was not working correctly under certain conditions.
- Account unlock (Owner / Team Administrator): Users whose accounts are locked due to exceeding login failures can now be unlocked immediately by administrators. This can be done through User management.
