If you belong to multiple teams with the same account, you can switch between your teams from the profile menu in the header. There are no role restrictions—all users who belong to multiple teams can perform this operation.

If you belong to only one team, the switch option will not appear.

Steps to Switch Teams

1. Click the user profile icon in the top right corner.

2. Click "Switch" next to the team name in the "Team" section.
   

   

3. A list of teams you belong to will be displayed. Select the team you want to switch to. Your current team will be marked as "(Current)".
4. You will be automatically logged out. When you log in again, you will see the team you switched to.

Switching teams includes a logout. If you have unsaved content being edited, please save it before switching.

What Changes When You Switch Teams

Since each team has an independent environment, the displayed content changes when you switch.

• SOPs, Folders, and Videos
• Groups and Members list
• Your Permissions (Owner, Team Administrator, Group Administrator, Created user, View-only user, Guest). These differ for each team even with the same account.
• Your Plan and the features available based on your plan
• Team Settings such as Team name, Team Logo, and Security Settings

How to Belong to Multiple Teams

When you receive an invitation email from another team and accept the invitation using an email address that already has a Dive account, you will belong to multiple teams. When you open the invitation URL, you will be notified that an account already exists for that email address—please enter your configured password.

Once you accept the invitation, you will switch to the invited team, and your original team will remain with your membership intact. After that, you can switch between teams using the steps above.

You do not need to create a new account. You use multiple teams with a single account.

When "You cannot join this team" Is Displayed

You may see "You cannot join this team" when logging in. This appears when you are no longer a member of the team you were using until just before, for example.

If you belong to other teams, you can select one from the list to switch to that team (in this case, you do not need to log in again).

If you do not belong to any other teams, you will only be logged out. Please contact your Team Owner or Team Administrator to confirm your registration status.
